We are seeking a Structural Practice Leader to grow and lead a diverse structural engineering practice focused on heavy civil, facilities, and building structures. This role blends technical leadership, project oversight, client engagement, and business development, offering the opportunity to shape a high-performing team and deliver impactful projects.

• Lead and expand a structural engineering practice, including strategy, vision, and goal setting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Perform and review structural analyses and designs; ensure quality control across projects.
• Conduct site investigations, structural assessments, and prepare technical reports.
• Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning activities.

• 15+ years of diverse structural engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven experience in structural design, analysis, and project planning across multiple structural types.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis/design software (STAAD, RAM, E‑Tabs, MathCAD, TEDDS, ADAPT PT, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Track record of managing projects profitably and mentoring staff.
• Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
