Water Treatment Operator - Oil & Gas

Triton Resources II is looking for an experienced water treatment operator to join our team in LaSalle, Colorado (Weld County / DJ Basin).

We are building a produced water treatment division from the ground up, and the right person will be working hands‑on with advanced oxidation, filtration, and real‑time water quality monitoring systems. If you want to be part of something new and have a direct impact on how the operation grows, this is that opportunity.

• 3+ years of experience in oil and gas water treatment or a closely related field
• Comfortable operating pumps, chemical injection systems, filtration equipment, and instrumentation
• Familiar with water quality parameters (iron, ATP, ORP, pH, turbidity, H2S)
• Strong safety mindset with current HAZWOPER, H2S, and Safe Land certifications preferred
• Self-starter who can work independently in the field and communicate clearly with operators and management
• Willing to work at out of state locations
• Must have clean driving record
