Title: Sr. Member Relationship Specialist

What This Role DoesThis is a hybrid relationship management + sales + member service role where you will support members across day‑to‑day banking, lending needs, and financial wellness. You'll act as a trusted advisor while also contributing to branch growth through proactive outreach and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional member experiences during every interaction
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate financial products/services
- Provide guidance on financial health (savings, debt, credit, lending, digital banking)
- Perform proactive outreach and follow‑ups to deepen relationships and drive engagement
- Assist with loan applications
, documentation review, and credit history gathering - Partner with lending, mortgage, and internal/external teams to support member goals
- Participate in and potentially lead business development events
- Process cash and check transactions accurately while preventing fraud
- Support branch operations
, including ATM servicing and administrative tasks - Act as a resource/trainer for team members and assist with branch reporting/audits
- Handle complex member service issues and transactions
- Experience in banking, credit union, or financial services
- Proven business development or outbound sales experience
- Strong ability to build relationships and uncover member needs
- Experience with consumer lending or loan support processes
- Cash handling experience with strict adherence to compliance and fraud controls
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
- Member‑focused mindset with consistent, high‑quality service delivery
- Ability to assess needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
- Knowledge of savings strategies, debt management, and credit building
- Familiarity with loan application review and credit evaluation support
- Strong attention to detail in transaction processing and documentation
- Comfort with outbound engagement and relationship‑building activities
Salary: $44,990 – $61,659 per year. Benefit package offered upon hire, including HSA and 401(k) options.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based out of Greeley, CO. Fully onsite.
