Senior Banker II - Northgate Village

Position Overview

This role is responsible for helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. It includes balancing service requests and transactional activities such as in‑person or inbound call delivery.

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products such as checking & savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partner specialties (e.g., Merrill, Lending, Small Business).
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in every transaction, leveraging available tools.
• Partner with teams to provide personal and small‑business solutions when uncovering client needs.
• Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
• Utilize resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
• Take the best course of action for the bank and its clients and abide by all regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Excellent collaboration skills, building and nurturing strong relationships.

• Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

• Effective time‑management skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of start date.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and willingness to be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
• Retail and/or sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
• Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and prior experience with laptop technology.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

Hourly pay range: $25.00–$31.93, based on experience, education, and skills. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan.
