Position Overview

As a Universal Personal Banker in PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Greely, CO at the HWY 34 & 23

Rd AVE Branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred. You will work in an in‑office environment, collaborating with teammates to deliver a superior customer experience.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and customer relationship management.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences, technology, and community partnerships.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems promptly and effectively.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies, procedures, and the enterprise risk framework, ensuring accurate and efficient daily operations.

We expect employees to be customer‑focused, manage risk consistently, and demonstrate sound judgment.

• Associate degree or equivalent education and 3+ years of banking or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication, sales, problem‑solving, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and digital tools.
• Experience with prospecting and customer needs assessment.

Base salary: $41,250 – $68,750, location‑dependent. Incentive‑eligible based on performance.
