Job Description
The Center at Center Place is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are in the process of building a team dedicated to excellence, outcomes, & execution.
Our center is seeking team-oriented Occupational Therapists who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.
PRN and Full Time positions are available.
Job Duties
- Occupational Therapists are responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain a positive level of interaction with patients, peers, and families.
- Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
- National and state licensure REQUIRED to start.
Job Type: PRN and Full Time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
