About the position
: shift: 7:00 am-6:30 pm 7:00am - 6:30pm/36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed/banner is allowed to cancel 1 description: must have passed the rcis exam. Must have cath lab experience. This is a cardiology need. On-call week night and weekend requirement will be required per unit need.az residents are not eligible for assignments in any arizonafacility!banner has a specific cover page. Please ensure candidates clearly outline all criteria they re willing to accept.
The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster we can secure an offer! Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later rto must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No rtoduring the first week of assignment please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in.
Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state all shifts the candidate is willing to work all departments the candidate is experienced and willing to workall candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.please let us know immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Submission requirements: must have a minimum of 24 months cardiac cath lab experience (with recent experience in last 12months) -[required] life support certifications must be from aha, arc, or ashi-[required] no hits on state license to practice -[required] [document] rto cannot exceed 7 days, no rto during the first week of assignment -[required] candidate driver s license to verify residency -[required] fluvaccination: medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request.please
