Aboutthe Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
- Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will:
- Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Have experience working with children
- Possess reliable transportation
We offer:
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
- Paid training

- Full-time and part-time positions available
