North Colorado Health Alliance is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist – Tier 1 to join the Addiction Response Team. You will engage individuals using lived experience, provide recovery-focused conversations, and connect them to treatment and community resources.
Trainings will cover hospital workflows, SBIRT screening, and documentation. You will support referrals, navigate appointments, and participate in outreach within post-discharge timelines to promote recovery and care continuity.
