Emerald Beryl Host-Home is seeking caring individuals to provide support and a safe, welcoming home environment for our members as part of your family.
About the Role:
As a Host Home Provider, you will offer personalized care and assistance to 1-3 individuals in your own home. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
- Assisting with daily living activities, recreation, socialization, and medical appointments.
- Promoting independence, teaching new skills, and supporting community engagement.
- Managing challenging behaviors and addressing health and safety concerns.

All Counties in Colorado ie:
Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, Adams, Denver, Clear Creek, Jefferson, Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, Weld, Larimer, El Paso, Teller, Pueblo
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide care for 1-3 members in your home on an ongoing basis.
- Completion of required training courses.
- Proficiency in charting daily activities and medications using a web-based system (training provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, compassion, and a focus on individualized care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
- Experience with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Must pass background screening and reference checks.
