This is a regional float pharmacist position based out of Greeley Hospital and will also cover shifts at Medical Center of the Rockies (Loveland) and Poudre Valley Hospital (Fort Collins).
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- CO State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.

- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
