What You'll DoAs a Shift Manager at Wendy's you will utilize your knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations to "Delight Every Customer" through your commitment to delivering a "WOW" experience to our guests and crew members each and every day! You will be an integral part in aiding the General Manager in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Essential Functions- One or more years of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Serv Safe certification.
- Must be certified in the Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager positions.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving sound advice and direction; must take and give direction, work well in a team environment, and maintain strong customer orientation focus.
- Exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting or resolving all customer related concerns and issues.
- Ability to work, concentrate, and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time; position requires the use of a headset.
- Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 50 pounds), reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling and stooping is involved.
