JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary purpose:
The Oracle Project Manager leads end‑to‑end cloud implementations and enhancements (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM) for Oracle Fusion, managing project plans, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication to deliver IT projects on time. The role encompasses day‑to‑day execution of an Oracle Fusion Cloud program and multiple project deliveries, coordinating program roadmaps, governance, issue resolution, change management, and cutover readiness to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Education
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, MBA, or a related field.
Experience & Specific Knowledge
  • Ideally 5 years hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, EPM, Risk Management, and/or Financials modules).
  • Ideally 7‑10 years total project management experience, with at least 5 years managing enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Proven experience delivering projects using both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading project teams (technical and functional).
  • Strong experience establishing testing standards, test frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation standards.
  • Proven experience with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules, and configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex integrations and data migration projects.
  • Ability to validate solution designs and identify cross‑functional impacts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including conflict resolution and decision‑making.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

  • Analytical thinker able to utilize functional understanding of the various components of systems in conjunction with technical knowledge to identify effective and efficient problem resolutions.

  • Ability to drive Executive level Steering Committee discussions focused on trade‑off decisions, resource constraints, budgeting, etc.

  • Ability to use time effectively, efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate systems requirements verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to perform all essential and marginal functions of the job.
  • Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules.
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
Physical Demands
