- Deep expertise in Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), including market analysis, adoption projections, and load shape modeling.
- Significant experience with time‑series forecasting using statistical and machine‑learning techniques.
- Strong proficiency with database technologies and data environments (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Experience using code‑based data and statistical modeling tools; proficiency in Python, R, or SAS strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including regulators and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities with accountability and attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality, data‑driven solutions.
- Advanced degree in economics, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of econometrics, statistics, calculus, and advanced data science methodologies.
- Experience working with geospatial data and GIS‑based forecasting applications.
- Exposure to software R&D processes and agile development environments.
- Experience supporting forecasting efforts in regulatory or policy‑driven settings.
- Base salary range: $125,000–$225,000 annually (determined by skills and experience).
- Eligible for an annual bonus program.
- Competitive benefits package including financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401(k) matching, employee stock purchase program, and hybrid work schedule.
