Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Support & Troubleshooting team serving dental manufacturing customers
Oversee resolution of complex technical issues for equipment and technology solutions
Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
Develop support processes, documentation, and training to enhance service quality
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and implementations
Coach, mentor, and develop technical specialists to build team capabilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue follow-up
