Overview

Corporate Associate Attorney — Denver | Corporate Transactions (2–6 Years)

A growing and highly respected law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its expanding transactional practice in Denver. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated corporate matters across a broad range of industries while developing within a collaborative and entrepreneurial legal platform.

The role offers exposure to a diverse mix of transactional and governance work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities matters, entity formation and maintenance, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financings. Attorneys in this position will work closely with business clients ranging from emerging growth companies to established national enterprises, providing practical legal counsel on strategic business initiatives.

This position is designed for attorneys who want meaningful deal responsibility and direct client interaction. Associates will play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex transactions while advising on corporate governance and broader business strategy.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced transactional environment.

Requirements
  • JD required.
  • Must have prior experience working in a law firm.
  • 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong writing ability and academic credentials.
