Sourcing Executive

• Support the development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies
• Draft and redline contract terms and conditions
• Participate in supplier negotiations by preparing materials and summarizing issues
• Ensure contract documents reflect agreed updates
• Elevate complex negotiation items to senior sourcing executives
• Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting and analyzing data
• Assist in RFP creation and initial evaluations
• Coordinate supplier communications for sourcing activities
• Support contract maintenance activities and prepare communication materials

• Relevant degree preferred
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required
• Foundational experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
