Job Description SummaryManage the Area Agency on Aging’s off-campus storage facility. This position includes organizing and tracking all senior nutrition supplies, completing site orders, coordinating all supply deliveries, and coordinating with the Senior Nutrition Supervisor and all other appropriate staff.
Primary office location will be in the Greeley office.
Part-time position averaging 8 hours weekly, with the flexibility to work up to 10 hours based on workload and agency needs. Work hours are generally 9:00–10:30 a.m. daily, with all orders required to be filled and supplies delivered to the University of Northern Colorado by 10:15 a.m. This position requires access to a reliable personal vehicle and the ability to safely transport supplies.
This position required driving your own vehicle (Weld County will pay mileage).
The Ideal candidate will have the following traits:

Job DescriptionOrganization Duties - 50%
- Organize and track inventory of the Area Agency on Aging storage area so that supplies are easily accessible. Complete all tracking and inventory control logs required.
- Receive new supply shipments, verify orders and store shipments in proper place.
- Update inventory tracking using department tracking tools.
- Maintain supply inventory as required by the program and request additional supplies as needed.
- Receive all Senior Nutrition Site orders from individual locations and fill orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Support & Collaboration - 40%
- Complete necessary shredding for Area Agency on Aging Division on a weekly basis or as needed.
- Deliver supplies directly to UNC Tobey-Kendell Hall by specified time and/or meal site(s) in the event a delay in receiving supplies would negatively impact the nutrition program.
- Perform as a team member along with the Senior Nutrition Supervisor and other staff members when needed.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the Area Agency on Aging’s storage area as required by State and Federal Program and Health regulations.

- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, active listening, and verbal and written communication during all interactions.
- Adhere to Adult Protective Services rule (12 CCR 2518-1) and all applicable statutes.
- Interact in various settings with internal and external customer, Department and Division leadership, and other professionals and stakeholders.

Required QualificationsRequired Education
- High School Diploma/GED and 1 year working with inventory management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Customer Service.
- Experience managing inventory or supplies.
Skills and Abilities
- Candidate must possess the ability to enter data into several different computer programs.
- Candidate must possess the ability to learn and apply new computer skills on a regular basis.
