Silver Tree Residential is seeking a dependable, quality‑focused, experienced Facilities Director to join our expanding team at Greely Manor. The Director will work under the Community Director and Regional Vice President, ensuring prompt and efficient performance of all assigned tasks and continuously improving skills and expertise.

• Manage all maintenance‑related and capital improvement activities within the assigned property in collaboration with the Community Director.
• Inspect, schedule, and perform routine preventive maintenance on all relevant equipment as necessary or directed.
• Assist management staff in implementing policies, standards, procedures, and programs related to overall maintenance and upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Respond to work orders promptly, within 24 hours, and complete them efficiently.
• Participate in on‑call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
• Handle any other related tasks assigned by the Community Director.

• At least 5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• HVAC certification and solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Possession of personal tools.
• Physical capability to walk throughout the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and perform various physical tasks as required.
