• Test final product (cheese, WPC, lactose, and NFDM) from previous production dates based on specific product code requirements.
• Perform in‑process and swab sampling for bacteriological testing and enable the plant environmental swab program.
• Advise management personnel of specification conditions and recommend corrective measures.
• Utilize FLEX and SAP to input data from testing procedures.
• Represent the Quality Execution Department during corporate, regional, or customer visits.
• Understand and demonstrate proficiency in job‑specific SOPs and PSOP job certification.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand SOPs, GMPs, and complete documentation.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions independently.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all safety practices.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Enter data into and pull data from computer systems.
• Possess strong problem‑solving ability and understand basic chemistry or biology.
• Experience with computers and related programs is required.

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position, including instrumentation operation and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aseptic technique and sample pulling.
• Advanced science knowledge (chemistry, biology, microbiology) and laboratory work experience with computer‑assisted analytical equipment and microbiological testing.

Starting compensation is $29.22 per hour, with an additional $1.25 per hour night‑shift differential for evening shifts.
