Rendering Supervisor_ C Shift

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Previous experience in rendering and management positions.
• Electrical and mechanical background preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage and work with people.
• Computer skills required.
• College preferred but not required.
• Minimum of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Monitor product by paying attention to yields and quality.
• Review equipment for proper functions and cleanliness.
• Ensure employees have reported for work and put proper alternates in place if not present.
• Observe that employees are correctly and safely performing their jobs.
• Update maintenance with any equipment or machinery problems.
• Suggest methods for improving production.
• Troubleshoot equipment operations.
• Sample products for quality and moisture levels every hour.
• Adjust production according to what fabrication produces and sends to rendering.
• Recommend ways to run equipment and machinery in a more effective manner.

• Base salary range: $62,561 – $78,781.
• Eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan; bonus amount varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
