• Examine materials for quality and defects.
• Maintain records regarding production and quality metrics.
• Investigate defects and errors to identify root cause and implement resolution personally or in partnership with appropriate production and management personnel.
• Ensure quality of manufactured goods.
• Inspect goods as they are finished.
• Examine materials from suppliers before sending them to production line.
• Inspect components, subassemblies, and assemblies.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Test, measure, and analyze products.
• Order materials as needed.
• Ensure company is meeting standard codes in the manufacturing process.
• Record pass/fail grade of products.
• Produce detailed reports as necessary.

High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) year related experience.

In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the location’s active incentive plan for the respective year.
