Production Associate - Mat Roller

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains a clean work area, and then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

• Evaluate and ensure quality of cleaned customer floor mats before processing.
• Safely load mats into the rolling machine and monitor operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.16 – $17.50 / hour, based on skill set, experience, and other factors.
