Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel members, assemblies, and components according to blueprints, weld procedures, and quality standards;
Complete TIG welding and other welding processes as required to support fabrication operations;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop prints, and weld symbols;
Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines and related equipment to ensure proper weld penetration and quality;
Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with company and customer specifications
