The Ultimateintentofthisprogramistogrowindividualsbeyondthesupervisorlevelandintofutureleaderswithin Leprino 'sproductionoperations!

Starting Salary:

Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000
,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum) of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!

Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.

Trainee Responsibilities:

• Learnanddemonstratetechnical/functionalcompetenceinmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.
  
  Developandapplysafetyandpeopleleadershipskills.
• Uselearnedknowledgetohelpsuperviseteamoperationsandmakerecommendationsforlaborandmanufacturingefficiencies,cost savings,andqualityimprovements.
• Assistwithteamleadershipbysupportingandimplementingprogramsinoperatortraining,safety,communications,performance recognition,andinternalemployeedevelopmenttoensurepeakemployeeefficiency.
• Helpsupervisordailyshiftoperationstodeliveronmanufacturingstandardsandqualityparameterstoachievetargetedproductionvolumesforareaofresponsibility.
• Buildandcultivatestrongworkingrelationships,collaborationwithintheteamandwithteammembers,andapositiveworkenvironment.
• Prepareanddeliverpre-shiftmeetingsandpost-shiftpassdowncommunications.
• Beactivelyinvolvedintheplant'squalityexecutionprogramtoachievequalitygoals.
• Maintainhighefficiencyandcostefficiencythroughaccurateschedulingofproductionandprocessingoperations,maintenance,and workforce.
• Integrate Leprino Qualityintoallaspectsoftheprogramasevidencedbydemonstratingcontinuousimprovement ,teamworkwithco-workers,distinguishedcustomerservice,andstrivingforperfection.
• Majorchallengesofthispositionaretocoordinatemanufacturingprocessvitaltomanufactureconsistenthigh-qualityproductstomeetcustomerdemands,assistleadingemployees,andrecognizeopportunitiestoimprovecheeseornutritionqualityandcost.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications)

• ABachelorof
  
  SciencedegreeinanindustrialmanufacturingorientedSTEMfieldoragriculturalscience/business field.
• Geographicflexibilityandawillingnesstorelocateforfutureassignmentsupongraduationoftheprogram.
• TheauthorizationtoworkforANYemployerintheUSwithoutsponsorshipnow,orinthefuture.
• Theabilitytospend
  12-monthsinoneofourthreetraininghubs(Greeley,CO;Grand Rapids,MI;or Lemoore,CA) beforesupervisorplacementassignmentisselected.
• Apassiontoworkinthemodernmanufacturingworld.

• ABachelor'sDegreein
  
  Engineering(Industrial,Chemical,Manufacturing,or Mechanical),Dairy Science/Manufacturing,orFoodProcessing.
