* Job Description:
** - Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document exceptional nursing care for patients in the operating room.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to design personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, reviewing histories and diagnostic data, and communicate findings with the physician and healthcare team.
- Implement care plans through direct patient care and efficient coordination of the healthcare team’s activities.
- Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary to enhance outcomes and ensure optimal recovery.
- Document all aspects of patient care clearly, timely, and in accordance with organizational policies.
- Contribute to clinical excellence by engaging in evidence-based practices and participating in research activities.
- Facilitate education and training for peers, students, and other healthcare professionals to foster growth and development within the team.
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving national nursing quality indicators and outcomes.
- Ensure a high standard of service by embodying our core values and demonstrating leadership behaviors daily.

* Qualifications:
** - Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or higher required.
- Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of one year of licensed RN experience in the operating room; new grads welcome with enrollment in Peri Op
101 program.
- Preferred:
Additional experience in the OR or perioperative settings.
** Shift Information:** - 12-week contract:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 0700 to 1500.
