Staff Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our facility in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities- Provides direct care to residents in the facility under the direction of nursing staff, primarily for activities of daily living, plan of care assistance with restorative programs, and documentation as required by the facility.
- Measures vital signs.
- 3 completed references are required.
- Clean and pressed scrubs required.
- Clear and accurate charting must be completed before the end of your shift.
- Mandatory 30-minute break; timesheet must be signed by supervisor on duty prior to submitting to Staff Health.
- Day and night shift available (8 hour shifts).
