Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN): (Full-time in Del Norte) 3 x 12 hour shifts:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical RN to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.

• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $45.00 (dependent on experience and certifications).

Shift Differentials:

• $3.00/hour for weekday evenings/nights.
• $4.00/hour for weekend evenings/nights.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for a 2-year commitment.
