Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour (dependent on applicant’s relevant experience)
Position type:
Onsite (no hybrid or remote)

• Assist with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives supporting the organization’s strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
• Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; determine and justify need for system/equipment/supplies purchases and oversee usage.
• Assess quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.

• Graduate from a baccalaureate school of nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
