Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour (dependent on applicant’s relevant experience)
Position type:
Onsite (no hybrid or remote)
- Assist with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives supporting the organization’s strategic plan.
- Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; determine and justify need for system/equipment/supplies purchases and oversee usage.
- Assess quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Graduate from a baccalaureate school of nursing.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider.
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
