We are looking for neonatal nurse practitioners to cover 24‑hour in‑house shifts in the Level2C NICU at our North Colorado Medical Center locations. Coverage needs are ongoing.

This role focuses on providing comprehensive neonatal care to infants in the NICU, handling acute and chronic clinical scenarios, supporting families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an APRN.
• Current Colorado license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Pay range: $65.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience.
• W‑2 employment.
• Per diem staff travel expenses covered (round‑trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging).

• No paid time off, holidays, or other compensation for per‑diem team members.
