Sky Ridge Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Telemetry unit. As a vital member of our team, the RN will be instrumental in providing top-tier medical care and ensuring our patients receive the best monitoring and health management available in our state-of-the-art facility. • Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry to detect abnormalities.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate support and information.
• Document patient status and the care provided.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in continuous education to improve patient care practices.
• Proficient in the use of medical telemetry equipment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a high-stress environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
