Compensation: $85,000–$110,000+ per year (based on experience and productivity)
This position is approximately 80% vascular medicine and 20% aesthetics. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is excited to build a career in a unique specialty practice that combines advanced vein care with aesthetic medicine.
While prior vascular and aesthetic experience is highly valued, we are also interested in meeting motivated providers who are eager to learn, grow, and develop expertise in both areas. Colorado Skin & Vein is a well‑established physician‑owned specialty practice providing advanced vein care, vascular procedures, injectables, laser treatments, and energy‑based aesthetic procedures. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
Position OverviewThe ideal candidate is clinically confident, accountable, efficient, and capable of independently managing patients in a fast‑paced specialty practice. This provider will perform consultations, follow‑up care, procedural treatments, and collaborate closely with physician and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform vascular and aesthetic consultations, evaluations, and follow‑up appointments
- Develop and implement treatment plans for vascular and aesthetic patients
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, sclerosants, biostimulants, and related procedures (experience preferred)
- Perform and manage laser and energy‑based treatments including IPL, vascular lasers, laser hair removal, resurfacing technologies, RF‑based treatments, and related procedures
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care and communication
- Contribute to clinic efficiency, patient retention, and overall practice growth
- Work collaboratively within a physician‑led specialty practice
- Current DEA registration
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients
- Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Commitment to professional growth and development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular medicine, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, surgery, wound care, or a related specialty
- Experience with injectables, lasers, and energy‑based devices
- Experience performing consultations and independently managing patient care
- Established track record of patient satisfaction and retention

The salary range reflects providers with varying levels of vascular and aesthetic experience. Candidates with significant experience in vascular medicine and aesthetics, including injectables and energy‑based devices, may qualify for compensation at the higher end of the range.
