Position Overview
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Provides nursing care directed by an RN on the unit. Responsibilities include gathering and reporting patient data, carrying out orders, performing therapeutic procedures, and completing other duties as assigned.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly rate: $30–$40 with the possibility of an additional $4 per hour for shift differentials. Referral bonuses of up to $3,000 per employee referred. Education and Training- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of the hospital or a compact license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment if required per state regulations.
One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
