Banner Health Clinic – Infectious Diseases, 1800 15th St, Suite 210, Greeley, CO.
ScheduleFull‑time, 40 hours weekly. Facility hours 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Shift times are flexible, offering either 5/8’s or 4/10’s per week.
Responsibilities- Room patients and document vitals.
- Conduct nurse visits per physician discretion after training.
- Monitor and record laboratory values for patients on IV antibiotics, reporting weekly to physicians.
- Prepare charts and process prior authorizations.
- Manage patient phone calls, callbacks, telephone triage, and patient education.
- Provide occasional scheduling support.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants in a shared responsibility model, alternating between backend administrative duties and patient rooming.
- Provide cross‑coverage support for Palliative Care when needed.
- Serve as a clinical resource for physicians and the interdisciplinary team, impacting infectious disease care.
- Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
- BLS certification is required.
- Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
- Experience in the clinical area for which the position is being applied is desired.
- Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work, demonstrated through annual validations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
