Optimal Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care to patients in the Colorado area. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and coordinate nursing care with the interdisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, NLN-accredited nursing education, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license; hospice experience is preferred to support quality end-of-life care.
