First Light Home Care of Northern Colorado is seeking an in-home Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, personalized care to patients in their homes. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and deliver interventions to support recovery and chronic condition management.
You will educate patients and families, document care in EMR, and coordinate with physicians while supervising LPNs and aides. A Colorado RN license and valid driver's license are required.
