Join a maternal-child care team where your ability to care for both mother and newborn will make an immediate impact. This regional assignment may require floating to another nearby facility, so flexibility and strong multi-skilled experience are essential.
What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive postpartum care for mothers and newborns
- Perform couplet care
, supporting both mom and baby - Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond to changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Educate and support new parents throughout the postpartum period
- Collaborate with physicians, lactation specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Float to another regional facility when needed
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- CO CAPS clearance required
- Recent postpartum/maternal-child nursing experience
- Ability to provide care for both mother and newborn
- Flexibility to float within the regional contract
- Ability to work required weekends and holidays
