The Center at Center Place is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.
Our center is seeking team-oriented LPNs 6p-10p who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.
Benefits:401 KESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLPN Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
Evaluates patients routinely and with changes of conditionLPN communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
Educates patients as necessary
Ensures the patient care plan is implementedLPN Supervises and coordinates CNAs
