Dialysis Registered Nurse, PRN

• Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning
• Coordinate discharge planning
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
• Access community resources
• Oversee dialysis treatments for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse duties

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment
• ACLS certification required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU
• Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) certification preferred but not required
• Ability to utilize the nursing process and deliver, direct, and supervise patient care
• For Charge Nurse duties, ACLS certification is required

Demonstrates expertise in patient care delivery, including planning, coordinating, and supervising nursing processes. Holds essential certifications such as RN License, BLS, and ACLS to ensure high-quality care in various nursing settings.
