American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of L&D experience and a CO or compact RN license.
Details- Work in a Labor and Delivery/Birth Center unit with 15 staffed beds
- Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:30) on various days of the week
- Weekend shifts required per unit needs
- On-call requirement of 1 day every 6 weeks
- Open to floating across the North region Women & Infant service line
- Uses EPIC charting system
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Active RN license (CO or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate
- C-EFM certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, Level I Nursery, and Mother/Baby settings
- Provide nursing care within the Labor and Delivery/Birth Center unit
- Completion of all facility-specific modules required within the first week of assignment
- Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
- RTO not allowed during specified blackout periods in
- No blocked scheduling requests permitted
- First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
- Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility may be considered
- Candidates who have applied to UCHealth's internal travel jobs or perm staff within the last two years will not be considered
- Resources who completed a full year on assignment with UCHealth OR are not eligible for rebooking for at least one year
