Mentor and coach QA technicians on the line to JBS standards;
Respond to QA inspection calls and assist in delegating tasks for production changes;
Ensure standardized work is followed and that employees have the required equipment and supplies;
Provide day-to-day mentoring and training/cross-training for QA staff;
Coordinate with QA Supervisors to ensure staff understand daily production specifications
