As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. You will assist servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!

• Greet guests at the entrance and provide a warm, friendly welcome.
• Assist servers with guest service and table assignments.
• Maintain smooth guest flow and manage reservations.
• Handle seating, upsell specials, and address guest inquiries.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

• Minimum age 17 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Physical ability to remain stationary, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks for up to 4 hours.

• Hourly wage: $15.00 – $17.00 plus tips.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Requires transporting plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar and kitchen.

Must wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
