The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customers through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on their journey.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• 1+ year of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform duties assigned by Manager.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching.
• Recurrence of lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Work around moving parts, carts, machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
