Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
Up to 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday preferred, flexible Friday options may be available). This role is a part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate position partnering HP and 2020 Companies to drive sales and create excitement around HP products in local big‑box retailers and surrounding office supply stores.
- Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
- Engage customers and build rapport to create a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with store management and retail staff.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
- Report sales and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
- Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously.
- Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest fitting products.
- Advise customers with product and service information.
- Help customers make selections by building confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and meets customer needs.
- Tech‑savvy enthusiasm and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Stable, weekly schedule.
- Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid training completed online.
- $25 per month technology reimbursement.
