We are seeking a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual for a Counter Sales Customer Service role. This full‑time position focuses on order entry at the sales counter with additional related duties. The workweek will include some weekends and offers overtime during busy season.

Base pay: $20.00 and up per hour. Salary may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

• Enter orders at the point of sale using our computer system.
• Interact with customers over the phone, via e‑mail, and in person.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Use basic computer and phone skills.
• Explain product choices to customers.
• Explain pricing and purchasing procedures.
• Create sales orders and quotes to estimate project costs and material quantities.
• Maintain clear communication between manager, employees, and clients.
• Act honestly, courteously, and respectfully toward customers and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Learn basic product knowledge.
• Inform management of special‑order material needs.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Experience with irrigation/landscaping products is a plus but not required.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background screening.
