$85,000-$90,000 per year

Job Summary

Are You a Hunter? We’re looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, winning accounts, and owning a territory.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory
  • Prospect daily — cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals
  • Win new accounts and expand existing ones
  • Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities
  • Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue
  • Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience
  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a territory

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • He/ She must be able to drive long distances.
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
