PTC, a global software company, is seeking a Cloud‑Native 3D CAD & PDM solution sales professional to drive revenue in the industrial and commercial products space.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC’s Onshape line of solutions and services to global leaders in the industrial and commercial products space.
  • Build high‑level executive relationships at target accounts to move sales cycles forward and to closure.
  • Provide sales strategy to cross‑functional sales team resources, including sales, presales specialists, product development, and global services.
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close.
  • Forecast and assess revenue opportunities, and investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients.
  • Rapidly learn the appropriate industries, Onshape solutions, and the benefits of the CAD, PDM Cloud model.
  • Articulate the business value of Onshape solutions for all levels of the organization – from end users to executives.
  • Utilize  for lead management, sales forecasting, and recording of key sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources needed to execute sales cycles.
  • Manage the new business sales cycle from initial call through to contract negotiation and execution.
  • Work with an assigned Outbound Business Development Rep to identify target companies and assist with email and call campaigns.
  • Meet quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Self‑starter, results driven, motivated, creative and resourceful.
  • Consistent, successful Enterprise Application Sales experience, preferably with cloud applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for professional communication with internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to learn technical product information and articulate the value of the solutions for a customer and the positive business impact to them.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with other departments to deliver results on the customer's behalf.
  • Knowledge in design engineering, new product development, and operational functions within innovative product companies is most helpful to the job.
  • Fluent in English.
