Job Overview
As a Business Account Executive, you will shape the expansion of ALLO’s services by promoting and selling fiber, TV, phone, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions to business customers within your designated network area.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate excellence in all aspects of business-to-business sales development.
- Actively prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area.
- Present and promote ALLO’s fiber services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position ALLO services in the marketplace.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new technology developments related to fiber services and business technology solutions.
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with internal partner teams to design and implement customer solutions.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience driving business growth in an outside business‑to‑business sales environment.
- Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies preferred but not required.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
- Customer‑focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Remain upright on feet for extended periods.
- Remain stationary for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate information.
- Move on foot up to 10 miles per day.
- Ability to operate a computer.
Ability to work outdoors. - Possess or maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Travel requirement: 50% within Colorado.
