DescriptionInside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with small and medium‑sized customers to increase machine, parts, and service sales. The role requires making at least 20 calls per day, qualifying opportunities, and tracking goals in the CRM. Direct mail and promotional activities support sales objectives. The ISR works within a managed territory and collaborates with outside sales and internal teams.
EssentialFunctions
- Coordinates demonstrations and facilitates quote and qualification processes.
- Maintains and updates accurate customer account information.
- Tracks sales goals in the CRM system.
- Routes requests to appropriate personnel.
- Manages multiple sales leads simultaneously.
- Builds consultative customer relationships.
- Collaborates with outside sales reps and other staff.
- Performs disciplined phone campaign of 20+ calls daily.
- Makes a call cycle according to PAR for accounts.
- Qualifies accounts and begins relationship development.
- Targets specific customers for sales and promotions.
- Promotes all aspects of dealership: sales, parts, service, rental, agreements.
- Conducts needs analysis to fit solutions.
- Communicates product and service information effectively.
- Uses multiple programs and systems such as Sales Link, DBS, SIS, , Vision Link, SIMSi.
- Performs other duties assigned by manager.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- College degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years outbound phone sales preferred.
- 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
- 3+ years customer service experience.
- 3+ years sales experience.
- Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands and hearing.
- Sedentary work; may lift up to 25 pounds.
- Data entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication, math skills.
- Safety and product knowledge.
- Decision making, planning, prioritizing.
- Ability to inspire and support others.
- Basic Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Noise: moderate.
- Indoors and outdoors.
- 1–25% travel.

Base salary $50,000.00 plus commission, dependent on education and experience.
