Whatyou’ll achieve
As an Account Executive, you will drive new‑business hunting and targeted expansion in a defined territory. You will run disciplined prospecting cadences, perform discovery, and progress opportunities through the funnel. Your results will be measured by pipeline generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Prospect via outbound/email/social and qualify leads against ICP.
- Run discovery, demos, proposals, and pricing; manage objections to advance deals.
- Collaborate with technical specialists on solution fit and value outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
- 5+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales.
- Demonstrated quota‑carrying success in field sales.
- Knowledge of consultative selling and opportunity qualification (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales training or certifications in discovery and negotiation.
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $211,000 - $274,000 (Base + Commissions).
